YOU HAVE
OPTIONS
Is there someone you wish you
were able to reach out to with the Gospel Message?
Is it difficult to find the time to get together with
someone you want to evangelize?
Do you have difficulty teaching others or do not feel
prepared enough to do so?
You have several options you may not be aware of or
have forgotten?
At the bottom of this page is a
“coupon” for those who would like to receive a Bible Study
Course that we offer through the mail. You could give them the “coupon” and ask them to fill it
out and send it in. Better
yet, you could give them the whole Bulletin!
There are videotapes available on
the Westside of Classroom 3 (the Old Fellowship Room), as well
as, numerous Bible Study Lessons from different study series.
You could ask someone to come over to your house, or
ask to go to theirs and share these materials with them. Some
of these could even be dropped off for them to look at on
their own time
We now have another option
available on the church website.
On the Home page, and all other section pages, there is
a link for the Lessons page.
When they click on that link, they will be taken to a
page that lists 10 lessons which are meant to introduce them
to the truth and show them how to become a Christian.
Lord willing, in the future, we will have available
more lessons that will teach them about living a Christian
life.
You can also ask someone else to
go with you. It
is always good to go “two-by-two” whenever you have the
opportunity. The Elders, the Deacons, myself, as well as
several others, would be more than happy to go with you to
assist in the study (or to lead the study, if you wish).
There are times when it might be best for two ladies to
teach another lady. This
is a work we can all be involved in.
It is never wrong to ask for help
to share the Good News about Jesus and His sacrifice for us
with someone who does not know the truth!!
While there are many who will reject or put off hearing
the truth, don’t ever let it be said that you did not try.
You have been asked to deliver a message.
It is a message of utmost importance.
It could save someone’s life -- ETERNALLY!!
If a friend were dying of a deadly disease, would you
be willing to give them a pint of your blood to cure them?
Your friends do have a deadly disease - SIN - would you
give them a portion of your time, an ounce of your energy, to
cure them of this deadly disease?
Jesus has already provided the blood!
